We are a smoke-free Property. No smoking of any kind. You will be charged $500 for violating this policy, plus immediate termination of your stay.

Trash Disposal

Trash will be disposed everyday during housekeeping service. If you have more trash throughout the day, simply text your local friend, and they'll pick up your trash from your apartment.

Our Casa is your Casa, but from 9:30 PM - 9 AM, you have to keep noise to a minimum.
